The Scotsman

The Scotsman was designed to be an authentic Scottish tavern. Located in an historic Masonic Temple in downtown Waynesville, we worked with the purveyors to revamp the existing main level interiors. We integrated stained wood paneled walls, built-in seating, a bar, subdued lighting, and provided other treatments to give it the moody charm common pubs across Great Britian.

The 4,000 square foot plan includes an entry foyer with small seating areas, a 60-seat main dining room, a bar with seating for 16, a draught cooler, a darts room, and a full-service commercial kitchen.
