Fleming Medical Office Building Study

The emphasis of this project was to study a site to develop a medical office building. We were able to achieve a 3-story, 13,500 square foot facility and parking for over 50 cars. The building features a covered entry, a compact internal core, and a simple modern character. The project was granted zoning approval after downsizing the building and reorienting it on the site.
