Biltmore Avenue Condominiums

Located at 134 and 138 Biltmore Avenue in downtown Asheville, the project provides renovations to historic 1920s era apartment houses. These will be converted into condominiums, a total of 4 per building. Each condo will have a living room, a dining/kitchen area, a primary bedroom suite, a second bedroom, an additional bathroom, and a laundry area. Interior finishes will retain some of the prior charm but be updated to have a more modern character. Externally, these buildings will have a modest degree of repair work for trim, new roofs, new railings, new storm windows, and a fresh coat of paint.
