KL Training Impact Center Renovation and Expansion

The training center provides space for My Daddy Taught Me That (MDTMT), a local non-profit that supports underserved youth with no active father figure. MDTMT works with approximately 200 children and teenagers and provides after-school programming, leadership training, exposure to career paths, and an AAU Track team. The project will renovate the existing mid-1900s Armory building and provide an additional 4,200 square feet of new space. The overall program includes a multipurpose room with breakout spaces, a games/lounge area, a 60-seat dining room with a kitchen, children’s classrooms, a large conference room, staff offices, and a roof patio.
